Privacy
The short version: the Alice app asks for nothing, stores nothing about you, and works without an account.
People using the app
No account, no email, no name, no phone number. Your location is used on your device to show what’s nearby and is not stored against any identity. We don’t track you between sessions and we don’t sell anything to anyone.
Service providers
If you list a service, we store your organisation name, contact email and phone so we can verify you and get in touch about your listing. We use it for nothing else.
Donors
Donations are made by direct bank transfer. We never see or store your card details — the transfer happens entirely within your own banking app. Your bank passes us your name and any reference you enter, which we use for receipting.
Where data lives
Service listings are stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Access is restricted by row-level security so each organisation can only reach its own records.
